I always feel it when I’m wasting my time
I’m going down in the night & can’t ever decide
and it never comes within arm’s reach
because you put it in the ground or too far down
I can wait a day for nothing to come
there’s some ominous air but really who knows where
and we talk about a new way out
I’m so tired of their crooked attempts
to control my head
control my eyes
control the world
control my life
desperate trip through commotions
I can’t ever tell what you’re thinkin'
sometimes it all gets so hectic
and I’m not as close as I wish I could be
Isolated in a digital slime
maybe you can teach me how to walk in a line
