Agree To Disagree

Forgot the reason why we got into this
And why we’re bickering (what's the reasoning?)
We’re different but the same, you call it a competition
I call it a blame game (but we’re both to blame)
No matter what the problem is, we just don’t feel the same
We cannot even agree to disagree on anything
Wish you would speak for me You wish that I would just learn to shut my mouth
(You never learn to shut your mouth)
We’ve gotta figure this out, we’ve gotta find a way
To find a common ground (before we run aground)
And I wonder how much farther we can go 1,000 miles away but pull over the van
Why do we fight for what we just don’t understand?
Can we be friends again?
