I Keep Falling

I keep leaving the same look on your face
I keep falling as I climb from this place
All of these thoughts cowering the away
From the lighted path to the outside.
Wrapping themselves in the same opacity of comfort.
Dying little by little, withering away from action
It’s still the first day we began.
I see more clearly as myself
All the reflections of others that shine through my own face
The battle I can never win
The nothingness I’m falling in
Away from all their ears to tell
