Barely getting up
Open my eyes to watch the time pass by
‘Til I become someone
I used to love somebody
I used to see the silver linings
I used to feel something
Now it’s all too quiet
I’ve been losing
The will to work through it
I’m calling in sick for the season
Waiting for the reasons
I should keep conjuring meaning
Don’t believe I’ve ever even seen it
Spend the whole month sleeping
What difference could it make
Maybe next year’s all that I’ve been dreaming
Or maybe it’s more of the same
