And now the cocaine burns his nose
While the memories roll inside him

She was 16 and living life without her daddy by her side
He had left them one stormy night to go drinking and never return
Yeah the memories hurt, her soul, she’s looking for love
And running to some guys she thought were sent from the heavens above
But he only wanted one thing from her and he got it
But he got caught off guard with that baby in her stomach
EPT test she took (positive) yeah he got up
Left out, and never looked back (negative)
But she had that baby regardless
bottles of hydrocodone
And no longer cares about all the things she used to
She’s selling pills
Got locked up and child services took that baby away
