God Is Love

Sitting on the ground, as I’m looking at the sky
I see a shooting star, caught me by surprise
The beauty of the world and the wonder of the night
Had me asking why
You’re a great big God, here is little me
Do prayers that I pray mean anything?
Where do I fit in this thing called life?
Sometimes I feel a little lonely
And I wonder if You care

And everything around me seems to put me to the test
When the thoughts of doubt invade my mind
