I’ve been hearing whispers when I go for a drink at night
People are pointing their fingers from the corners of my eyes
Charlotte’s got something to say to me I can see trouble in her eyes

There’s footfalls on the staircase, there comes a knocking on my door
Before I open it up I can hear someone cough and clear their throat
I swung the door wide open and there’s Charlotte standing before me
She tears my insides out when she opens her mouth and Charlotte begins to speak
