Dancing on the Volcano, Part 1

I danced on a volcano
rode the tiger
chased the dragon
but I’m feeling no wiser
explored new dimensions
traveled through time
emerged from a wormhole
in and out of my mind
I chanted with the shamans
learned from the masters
realigned my chakras
yet I’m still a disaster
been plagued by darkness
consumed by temptation
shunned by reality
maybe even salvation
