I was always alone,
In a world,
Just the universe and me.
Never uttered a word,
If I’d thought out loud
Then the message is…
Now I know where I’m going to,
I’m fading fast, it never lasted, see.
Now I know what I’m going through,
Monumental chains, refute to let me…

And I knew this day would come.

At it’s end before it’s begun.
How I wish I had known,
All the roads,
That I travelled endlessly,
Wouldn’t lead me to «Rome»,
But through dusty trails
And deserted towns.
I don’t know where I’m going to,
As I breathe the sigh of my finality.

Is a promise safe as destiny?
