If they don’t like your face
They’ll put you in your place
You’ve got no recourse
You’re guilty as charged
You can’t tell them right from wrong
If they think they know which side you’re on You’re at their mercy

They’ve got the badges
They’ve got the guns
You ain’t got a bloody thing
When someone’s word is law!
You’ve gotta hide your rage
Or they’ll put you in the cage
Just smile at the injustice
And be grateful if they let you walk away
If they don’t like your face
