«Most of you know that my pride and joy is my beautiful son, Jason.
And, as a matter of fact, the music that you’re hearing now, he wrote.
He gave to me as a birthday present while I was making Yentl in Europe.
And I know many of you out there are parents like me.
And as parents we’ve tried to do our best, we provide the guidance that
prepares them for their lives ahead.
They come into the world so pure and clean.
Nothing written on the slate.
They’re like sponges that soak everything up around them.
We must always remember that children watch you closely because they love you,
