So you choose the one whose
Body you want to feel loose
It’s shape beneath your hands
And then daydreams of the future
Become peaceful nights of slumber
Waking only
To pull each other closer
And when the sky darkens
We won’t be afraid
And when the wind ascends
With all that we’ve made
To each other we’ll hold
Eyes closed tight
While all that we’ve made is swirling
And smashing through the night
With all else gone
We step back and smile
