I thought cheese was
Only true in Dairy land
And for someone else
But not for me Hunger was out to get to me That’s the way it seems
Disappointment haunted
All my dreams
then you gave me some cheese
Now I’m a Cheesehead
Not a trace
Of doubt in my mind
You gave some cheese
I’m a Cheesehead
I couldn’t stop eating it If I tried
I thought cheese was
More or less a given thing
Seems more I gave the less
I got
What’s the use in trying
All you get is pain
When I wanted sunshine
