Can’t draw me in out of my disbelief
The purest emotion’s just cheap imitation
Can’t get involved, get a moment’s relief
Life’s a bad movie but i’m way past caring
So i’ll sit and watch with a beer and some friends
Together we’ll laugh at the plot and the people
I know where it’s going and how it will end
