what is blood tell me is it blue?
like a river, flows from me to you
tributary of veins upon my wrist
all lead to a sea of pain and bliss
the sea is the heart, mind and soul
no one on this ocean has control
not even god, he allows the choice
the ocean rages — I rejoice
laughing and bleeding inside this storm
I look up, I scream and am forlorn
back and forth I dream and deeply sleep
from nightmare to peaceful dreams I keep

I still taste heaven, seized by hell
