I change the channel but the
News reports ring in my head
Close my windows but the sirens,
They come back again
This city declines more every day
And we all know where to point,
When we point the blame
IT’S A WARZONE
AND IT’S WHERE WE LIVE
Modern solutions to the problems
We face each day
Create another ghetto,
From which we all can stay away
Crime rate explodes, as the schools
Become our battle ground
This is our future,
And I think we’re going down
